Purad - PVDF Piping

Purad offers the purest material for your ultrapure applications. Pipe and fitting products are cleanroom produced in diameters from 1/2" to 12", providing the largest selection of sizes and fittings to best accommodate your designs. Most product sizes have 150 psi and 230 psi pressure ratings allowing you to achieve system economics and to properly design for your most severe applications.



PolyPure - Natural Polypropylene Piping

The PolyPure® Natural Polypropylene System provides a cost effective alternative for a system up to 4" (110mm). PolyPure pipe is cleanroom produced. Fittings and valves are also produced in a class 100 cleanroom, then hot DI rinsed and individually packaged. No other supplier goes to such great measures to provide a pure polypropylene system. PolyPure is available in both butt and socket fusion.



Enpure - Natural Polypropylene Piping

Enpure™ high-purity pipe is manufactured from an FDA approved, natural, virgin, polypropylene copolymer that can handle corrosive liquids at temperatures from 0°F to 200°F. Because Enpure™ components are designed as an integrated socket fusion system, no contaminants are created in joining, making connections as "clean" as any other part of the system. A comprehensive range of pipe, valves and fittings is available in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 nominal bore sizes from ¼" to 4".

Fusion Methods

Socket Fusion - Utilizing a set of heater bushings, the OD of the pipe and ID of the fitting are heated then fused together while still "molten". 

Butt Fusion - Utilizing a coated hot plate, the ends of the pipe and fittings are heated then brought together under controlled pressure to form joint.

IR Fusion - Utilizing a non-contact Infared Heater this process is similar to butt fusion but with greater controls producing a siginficantly smaller bead.

Beadless - Utilizing a OD heater and a ID "balloon" the bead is eliminated.



LXT - PVC Piping

Spears® LXT PVC provides a superior, cost effective alternative to conventional high purity piping system materials while providing ease of installation without jeopardizing water quality. Specially developed for ultra-pure water systems in semiconductor, electronics, university research laboratories, hospital dialysis, industrial laboratories, Federal and state police forensic laboratories and biotechnology applications, Spears® LXT PVC material has been subjected to independent laboratory leach studies during both static and dynamic exposure to 18.2 meg-ohm deionized water.
