Double Containment Piping
Encase - Polypropylene

IPEX Encase™ systems use polypropylene piping, inside and out, for high corrosion resistance over a broad temperature range.Encase™ polypro system utilizes the Enfield® electrofusion fitting with a heavy-gauge resistance wire molded into the socket. This microprocessor controlled fusion system lets you make highly consistent joints in minutes – right in the trench. Available in both flame-retardant and non-flame-retardant PP.


Guardian - PVC / CPVC

Guardian™ system’s pretested modular components are extremely easy to install. Guardian™’s patented Centra-Lock™ design requires 40% fewer joints, minimizing the potential for failures and leaks, while dramatically reducing installation, maintenance and repair costs.


CustomGuard

Black polypro, red PVDF, carbon and stainless steel, copper, fiber reinforced polymers (FRP), even hybrid designs using dissimilar materials – these are just some of the options available with our CustomGuard® custom designed and fabricated double containment systems.


Asahi Duo-Pro

Duo-Pro® is available in polypropylene, PVDF, and Halar®. Duo-Pro® is available in sizes from 1x3 to 18x24. Leak detection cable can be easily installed in sizes 3x6 and higher.



Fiberglass Dual Containment

Conley Fiberglass offers dual containment piping 2" - 30" with heavy corrosion barrier wall filament wound for service up to 150psi.  In house fabrication facilities offer "blueprints to pipe assemblies".
